Assisting clients with a number of services including site selection and acquisitions, business development, bespoke training and refurbishment management.

With over 30 years experience in the Hospitality & Leisure sector Alan has worked for some of the biggest national companies.

Initially working as Investment Manager and Business Development Manager for Punch Taverns, Alan went on to work as Director of Developments for G1 Group, Operations Manager for Spirit Leased and laterally Operations Director for Greene King Pub Partners, and was a member of the Executive for both Spirit and Greene King.

With a chartered Quantity Surveying and Shopfitting background Alan has brought all this together in providing a wide range of consultancy services specifically for hospitality and leisure businesses.
